About the European Citizens’ Choice
The European Citizens' Choice is your opportunity to determine what the EU will prioritise in the next 5 years.
The European Greens, and 36 Green parties across the EU, have put together a manifesto and 11 priorities for the upcoming European elections.
Among the 11 priorities, you find our demands for a sustainable, fair and democratic Europe. How do we tackle the climate crisis? How do we protect and improve the livelihoods of ordinary Europeans with a Green and Social Deal? How do we push back against the far right and fascists, trying to dismantle the European project and divide us? More than ever, Europe needs courageous citizens and courageous leaders.
And now it gets exciting! You are invited to decide on a 12th priority. In December and January 2024, the tilt! community sent thousands of suggestions from all over Europe.
All members of the tilt! community in the EU can participate in the European Citizens' Choice from 4 February to 24 April 2024.
The results will be announced at the European Greens’ big campaign rally in early May.

The results of the European Citizens’ Choice will be announced at the European Greens’ big campaign rally in early May.
All members of the tilt! community in the European Union can vote. People who are not members of the tilt! community can vote, provided that they sign up for tilt! when voting. Joining tilt! is free of charge and can be revoked anytime.
The winning priority of the European Citizens’ Choice is the option that receives the most votes by 24 April 2024 at 23:59 (CEST).
The European Greens have already announced 11 priorities for the 2024 European elections. A 12th priority will be announced in early May. All 12 priorities form the core of the Greens’ election campaign and political work in the EU in the next 5 years. The European Citizens’ Choice is a unique agenda-setting opportunity for anyone in the EU.
